Q: I purchased premium but it's not unlocking.

A: Make sure you're logged into the same Apple ID you used for purchase. Then, open the app and tap Settings > Restore Purchase.

Q: How do I use the chart scanner?

A: Tap the camera icon in the main screen, upload or take a chart photo, and let TradeCam analyze it instantly.

Q: What types of charts are supported?

A: We support candlestick, line, and bar charts. High-resolution and clearly labeled images produce the best results.
